Milkweed seed

It's milkweed season again - this pod was bursting open, with a bit of late afternoon light spotlighting one seed. A consolation shot, I was looking for a rare butterfly, but didn't find my quarry...

Hi

Nice lighting to bring out the seed from the surround - I like it, shame about the butterfly although this is a nice compensation
