I have change the diffusers  in twin canon macro lite for one more  time . I really can't remember how many time i have change it seens i have it . Right now i use two cups of yogurt with double white paper of printer in the front and the whole system looks very ugly but i hope it works better .

Well if this shot is anything to go by then yes its making a difference - this seems an upgrade in image quality from some of your previous shot, and certainly hits the spot

Kostas-Your photographs are amazing. I've never seen a photograph you've posted that is not outstanding. Question: Have you considered trying to get some action photos with insects flying, etc.

Thank u  so  much for your words ! , in flying i have i have make some latly , but not a lot . Is a chalenge i like  it too
