Hi

A nice head in shot with a good DOF coverage and a nicely sharp appearance - a little fill flash would have helped lift the shadows/lighting

i love the pose of this guy , Matthew is right for the shadows , or you could try to get out some information of the image with the shadows and nighlights , or the curves tool , or manual with the with the dodge tool , whatever works better for you . They says the curves tool is the best for this job , i use the shadows and highlights , well done !!
