This is a pair of Citron bug nymphs.  Scientifically known as Leptoglossus gonagra, is a member of the Leaf-footed Bug Family (Coreidae), of the True Bug Order (Hemiptera).  I welcome your C & C for improvements.

No improvement needed - just right as it is, and what a wonderful image!  Perfect title with a touch of humour.  :D

Hi

I'd agree that it would indeed be hard to improve this image - the comp is appealing the lighting works and you have good detail and a nice clean surround

Very nice indeed

All the best
Matthew

Wonderful perch for these contrasty insects. Interaction makes the photo more interesting.

The colors are super, so is the perch. Excellent details of both insects.

very nice composition and the bugs are so prickly in stark contrast to the soft petals. Nice effect.
