Just back from a successful trip to North-West Greece in search of interesting butterflies.  Saw 88 species in 10 days…
One of the highlights was this species, seen close to the Albanian boarder at the roadside, altitude about 900m.

Quite nice, really like the soft colors and the comp works beautifully.

Hi

A nice shot although perhaps a slight shame that the subject is pointing away from the viewer - and glad to hear you had a great trip

All the best
Matthew

Good compositional balance with the main subject and the flower, very nice shot.

Very nice setting for this small butterfly. The perch if I am not wrong is Clematis Recta.
