If you 'despeckle' the background & OOF areas you can reduce the file-size without losing detail & post a bigger image possibly, fascinating colouring

Sounds like too much work but thanks!!! I think people just got to live with the posting sizes that the board has some of us dealing with ....

Thanks John. I had fun trying to focus on this small active bug and all of the while trying to turn leaves and so on to get it in sunlight. I am really happy I persisted.

Hi

An interesting subject and a fine shot whatever size it is seen at

I convert my file to 8bits which reduces the file size greatly without losing image quality
