Taken when the sun light JUST illuminated the plant but not the background.

Metallic blue colour is just starting to show in the blooms.

D700 with 60 mm macro ( or micro if you subscribe to Nikor terminology) 

f/16 and 1/125 s at ISO 400.

Fine grouping in interesting directional light - looks best against a dark background in the light box.

Hi

A nice shot and a good usage of the available lighting - sometimes in these situations its fun to play around with some reflectors, for instance you could have used one here to add a highlight to the stem upon the right

Like the sheen on the leaves very much, gives the scene a malevolent mood. Very nice.
