I found this bee-mimicking robber fly this morning.   He was very brazen so I was able to set up a tripod and use a low shutter speed and lower iso.  

7d2, 100 macro 1/15 f14

I am not sure if I made it clear in the description but this is a type of robber fly that resembles a bee.     Thank you for the nice comment.
