Shedding old cuticle

A third stage instar (3rd larval stage) ladybug larvae emerges from its second stage cuticle. This is one of seven total developmental stages from egg to adult.

Cool find. I like the diagonal edge of the leaf throughout the frame.

Fine image. Never seen this before and would not have imagined this was a Ladybug Larva.
