Another one from my parents' conservatory.  Flowers about 10mm across, total depth of field about one inch.

Nikon D800E/85PC-E
ISO 100 1.50 f/4.2

DX crop, stack of 19 at 1mm intervals, fully tilted

Superb capture. Really like the composition and colors. The flowers just pop out of the smooth background.
