A lovely subject and perch Matthew!  Such a pretty scene and love the colours.

On my dog walk this morning, the first Coltsfoot were in bloom, flower buds on the Hawthorn, and leaf shoots opening on Hawthorn and an Elder tree!  Spring is awakening!  :P

Carol - here in Kent we are just starting to see stuff breaking out into bud, my Feb flowering daffs in the garden have just come out in march (LOL) But yep - spring seem to be in the air

I know what you mean- my winter flowering pansies, put in last year, are just bursting into bloom. All through winter they did nothing!  :)
