I didn't really know what really is i had to ask in a FB group and they told  me is eggs from  the moth Malacosoma Neustria .

Hi

A good find and a fine shot that displays how this moth species typically arrange / lay their eggs. The caterpillars of the Lackey moth are quite colourful and attractive in appearance so it might be worth keeping your eye upon this area.
