A photographic outing this afternoon to Bernwood Forest near Oxford.
I recently acquired a couple of new lenses after trading in (very sadly) my D3S, which hasn't seen much use really since the D800E.

Here is a classic tilt-shift result using my new 85PC-E - far easier to use than I was expecting, though it certainly pays to put in some research.  Small-ish aperture with tilt to get full height of log in focus as well as ground leaves.

Nikon D800E/85PC-E/Lee 105 CPL
ISO 100 1.6" f/16, tilted

For a full-rez version please see here.

Cheers!
Dave

Beautiful image - the perspective and the jutting diagonal of the log are super. As are the oak and beech leaves.

Hi

A lovely seasonal image that certainly makes me miss dry walks in the woods

All the best

Thanks guys: I tried this exact same subject a few months back with focus-stacking, and it just refused to work, so delighted with the T-S result.
