A common Silverline (Spindasis Vulcanus) feeding on a wild flower. The aim was to focus on the compound eyes and the wings. Shot with a 60mm macro lens at f11, 1/200 sec, ISO 400, daylight WB, no flash, handheld.

A fine subject and a good frame filling image considering the conditions - personally in this lighting sort I would have use some flash
