One from a successful outing - a first of this species for me.
Growing in beech litter, cap about 15-20mm across - very easily overlooked at this size.

Bernwood Forest, Oxfordshire
Nikon D800E/200f4micro/cpl
Stack of 16 frames at ISO 100 1" f/8
+ 1 blended at 4" f/16 for water droplet on cap (carefully added using garden water spray bottle).

Cheers for looking; comments most welcome.

Love mushroom colors and the warm tones of the leafy setting. The drop details looks great.

Hi

A very nice shot, perhaps a little centre in compositional terms but mushy are difficult to compose for. And I love the reflections present in the cap, this adds real interest to the subject

All the best
Matthew

I like this colorful shot and the drop adds a nice touch.
