Heath asters cover the stems of the plant with dense garlands of blooms. A selective closeup of one flower in a bunch. Same dewy morning as the recent New England Aster post.

Canon5DM2, MP-E65, F4, 3 image stack for main flower detail

Hi

A fine creation - not a lens choice I would have thought to use for this image sort, but it does work

All the best

Excellent composition with the OOF blooms, good stacked detail, very nice image.

Interesting image Tom -- I would not have guessed it was shot with an MP-E-65. It's a more flexible lens than I had thought.
