Another one. The focus is on the mid rib of the petal. Luckily the 2nd petal edge is perfectly in the focal plane. The shot would fail if this were not to be the case.

ND300s, AFS60mm F/2.8 Macro Lens, f/5.6, 1/640 Sec, ISO400, Diffuser and Handheld close to 1:1 magnification. 100% as captured, no crop.
