Hoverfly  Melangyna sp.

From my backyard a Hoverfly nectaring on Mycromyrtus ciliata .  Flash as main light, crop for composition.

Canon 1D MkIV + 180 macro + 1.4x + 580EXII.  1/250 @ f14 ISO 200.
