Lizardfish

I've seen many lizardfishes while snorkeling (primarily in the Caribbean )Typically they are half buried in the sand and move only when approached.This smiling lizardfish from Hawaii(Clearfin Lizardfish,I think)has a reason to be striking this pose..All will be revealed in the next posting.

He's smiling for sure :-). Never heard of a lizard fish before. Cannot wait for the next one in this series.
