American Copper I

Need the help of the members here in deciding between two images. Here is the first (taken at Presque Isle):

D7000, Sigma 150, f13 @ 1/250 ISO 200, SB-R200 with Diffuser, HH, Crop.

A smashing shot of this lovely little copper - good flash as well, it helps adds separation from that contrasty (is that a proper word?) backdrop

Tracy, I remember my visit to Presque Isle some years back. Lots of waterfalls in that area I remember.

Love that nice orange color on the wings, which really creates a nice contrast with the green in the background. Nice Crop for composition. Cannot wait for the next one to compare.

Thanks for your nice comment. Just to clarify, I believe the Presque Isle you are referring to is in Michigan. The Presque Isle I visit is a State Park in PA and is flat as a pancake being a sandspit. I do wish they had waterfalls though-love those. Here is a link:
