This is another image from a recent snorkeling venture.
This is a hornyhead chub, which is a common bait fish in this particular river. When breeding, these fish get bumps on their head, hence the name. Often trout anglers are very disappointed when an apparent trout is identified as a chub on their line. This is a wild fish shot in ambient light. Most of the time I use a shutter speed of 1/125 or 1/160 as these are the slowest shutter speeds that I can still get a clear image while handholding. 1/160 f7.1 Iso 400 @ 60mm Thank you very much for looking and for any comments!
