Seeing this variety for the first time.

LARGE VERSION <--- Link to Large Version.

I shot about 4-5 frames and stacked them all specially due to the difficulty in managing the tripod/camera and my large enough head through the narrow railings at the Chicago Botanical Gardens. I was not extremely sure of the focus attained so had to make sure through stacking. Thankfully it was cloudy and I did not have to do to the circus of managing the diffuser.

Nikon D300s, 200mm F/4 Micronikkor, F/22, 1/100, ISO400 and Tripod for individual shots.

All your views/thoughts/comments are always much appreciated.

An outstanding shot here for sure. Wonderful color and perfect light for the subject. The petals that are slightly askew add interest as well.

Gorgeous flower and excellent stacked detail, fine off-center composition.

This is absolutely gorgeous, Ram!! The focus stacking was very effective on this image. Congrats on the EP.
