Beautiful sheen to the beetle and lovely fine details. The aphids are like decorations.

Hi

A lovely image that has great lighting and it shows in the beautifully rendered blacks - is he feeding upon the aphids?

All the best

One can say this bug is alive. It looks so very fresh. Are those small things mites ?

Really cool looking critter here. Great color, dof and detail. Looks like he found a smorgasbord of aphids to eat.

Not sure what this beetle eat, but those small bugs are aphids.
I was not aware of those little red guys when shooting this beetle :)
