Female Damselfly

Another shot of a female bluet damselfly. This perch is the same species of plant as my previous post, just at an earlier stage of its development.
5DMkII, 300/4L, 1.4x tc, 25mm extension tube
1/250, f11, ISO 400

Excellent damsel detail and a very pretty perch - damsels don't usual pick such a nice one.

Anytime you can find a perch like this you have a winner and that is the case here, nice background as well.

True that Damsels do not usually select colorful perches, you just got lucky. Love how you paralleled the sensor to the body of the damsel
