Emerging Meadowhawk

I was lucky enough to spot some movement down in the reeds. When i investigated further this is what i found.It was an amazing thing to watch the metamorphosis of this amazing creature. I suspect it was a striped meadowhawk as that is what i generally encounter this time of the year at that pond.

Wow !!. I have been wanting to photograph this scene at least once. Never get to see one at all.
