It has certainly been a exciting year for Aurora borealis in Minnesota. Living in the Twin City you are at times handicapped with light pollution. But I traveled a 100 mi north in Central Wisconsin and though not as strong as further north I managed to play with the lights for about 3 hours.

Gorgeous. I know this is probably accurately colored but I would love to see this using a tungsten white balance.

I used fluorescent WB (in camera) will try the master at Tungsten and see what I think! Thanks for the suggestion!

I also think that tungsten WB will make this look even better!

I like it as it is, but would like to see other versions too.... seems like it needs a bit of CW rotation.
