Classic image, check it off your must do list.The morning light was perfect for this image and you managed to capture foreground detail. Did you manage to get any other images with this light??

Very nice shot of this iconic spot. Grat light. Sky saturation overcooked just a bit as presented.

I find the distant mtn to be heavy on the blue shadow and oversaturated.

Very nice to get there and shoot it, and you got some nice clear light, but that's Lone Pine Peak. Whitney appears much smaller from this angle and is just cut off by the arch opening on the right.

A very nice image anyway but I'd reprocess with lower contrast and that should bring the saturation down.

Thanks, Diane. I wasn't sure myself. I searched maps and other photos, but was unable to figure out which of the peaks in that range is Mt. Whitney.
