While I prefer days without a heavy smoke layer from surrounding forest fires, they do provide opportunities for some interesting photography. This is a smoky sunrise from several days ago on the Gibbon River in Yellowstone.

Congrats on the EP!
Very 'atmospheric'. I'm in two minds about the burnt out sun highlights, esp. in the water, but I suppose it adds to the scene.

I like the atmo here!
Considerations to a crop just below the cloud layer?

Wow, a simply beautiful image. the S-curve is fantastic and perfectly placed in the frame along with the reflection.
