The west of Scotland is a wonderful placed - but I am biased!!

Taken on the Isle of Eigg in April when Juanli and I had 4 days of perfect weather to further explore.

All we can hope is it's like this when we take our next workshop!!

Cheers everyone, have a good weekend.

Great light! The foreground seems a little dark on my monitor and I'm having a hard time seeing what seems to be a very interesting subject.

A rugged coastline and a dramatic sky sets up this beautiful image, with a wee nip of Scotch and life is good. One thought on the darkness comment, the foreground doesn't bother me but a portion of the right side of the image is a bit distracting. The darkness seems to create a balance issue, maybe a slight crop would be in-order.

I can see it fine, particularly on the larger view. I like the metallic colors of the FG and the back-lit mountains.

Very nice Alister. A stunning scene, with super colors right down to the subtle green algae in the foreground. I think my blood pressure dropped a little while viewing this.

This is yummy. It's really great in the light box. I really like the clouds and moody colors here.
