Same location, and indeed scene as before, and same gear, except off tripod with intentional camera movement - camera held at arm's length and moved up and down vertically. No digital wizardry involved! Processed in exactly same way as previous image, except with slighly more agressive sharpening to emphasize streaks.
Cropped to 16x9 to emphasize vertical painterly streaking. Intending for printing as part of a triptych, to emphasize the wind-blurring effect of the central previously posted non-ICM image; another frame with a different ICM result is intended for the other side.
