Thousand Island Lake in the Eastern Sierra seems to get more than its fair share of great sunrises. We packed our way in and rose each morning to revel in the golden landscape. Never were we disappointed.

Looks a bit oversaturated to me, but nice reflection

I love the JMT. I can't wait to go back! The snow is a little on the electric blue side, the peak may have been that saturated, but those are some rare cases. A full reflection would have made the comp better for me too.

A nice view.
Unfortunately way over saturated and the reds are blown here.
I am also wondering about the red splash over onto the center rock outcrop in the water?
