The exposure is handled well for the condition. I feel the image is a bit tight on top and there is a bit too much "empty" space on bottom. I realize that sometimes waterfalls need to be cropped tight at the top to avoid a super bright sky but then this can be balanced by cropping the bottom. I feel that cropping up to the point where the rock on the right leaves the frame, I believe a more balanced composition can be achieved.

Love the chosen shutter speed and really like the water color.
i do wish that I could see the entire falls though....as some of it is hidden behind the rock face.

Great exposure on the water. The colors of the pool are amazing. You did a great job handling the shadows in this image.
