This image was captured in an area of Alabama called Bankhead National Forest. It is a land of waterfall-filled sandstone canyons. This was taken on Thursday after a couple of very rainy days. I got caught in this steep canyon during a thunderstorm. Flash floods are always a danger and I was a little concerned on this day. I made it out safely.
