I stacked my 2 stop and 3 stop Singh-Ray grad ND filters and found out that when you do that they really are not neutral at all. The color in this shot is mainly from the filters. Is this pretty common?

In general, the more neutral density you use and therefore the longer the exposure, the more any color casts in the neutral density filters affect the image. The Cokin Harmony ND filters for example get very yellow. Fortunately, if you shoot RAW, it's relatively easy to correct and even to chracterize by shooting a grey card in the same light and then using that to tune your white balance for that filter.

Yup...pretty common...but easy to tweak as EJ notes.
That said...I really like the sky and the f/g in this image...nice.

Nice balance of foreground, sea and sky. Even got a little sunburst in there.

Nice interest in the foreground as well as the sky.
