Sonoran Desert Preserve - Arizona
D7100IR-720, 14-24mm @16mm, ISO 100, 1/50, f/7.1

Taken this morning in the Sonoran Desert Preserve with a 720nm cut-filter infrared Nikon D7100.

I like the balance of tones and the openness of the landscape.The lighter, distant portion, of the image makes for a nice separation between the foreground and the sky.

Your composition with the saguaro...seemingly almost perfectly placed... is the prominent element for ME! The choice of IR accentuates that! then you have the clouds for the cherry on top! wait...do I see John Wayne? :D  Seriously like this!
