It's an interesting photo and the exposure is perfect.  Compositionally I thing the foreground is overpowering the great sky a bit and the tree in the upper right is cut-off by a little bit.

E.J. raises an interesting point about the size of the foreground object. We often see a foreground object composed in a way that it looms large in the image, especially true if using a wide angle lens as you did. I do like the image and the sun is a big plus. Nicely done!

What I really like about this one is the exposure and processing...it is very very natural looking
I think the image is great esp with that sweet sunset.
Perhaps a crop from the right to eliminate that cut off spruce would boost this.
