There certainly is a lot of potential in this cascade for many different and compelling sots. It's a bit too contrasty with too much blocked up for my taste. Also, the way the top of the cascade is truncated at the top of the frame is not ideal, compositionally, in my opinion.

I think the water texture and shutter speed used here is great.
The dark areas are certainly blocked up...and I wish the vegetation in the lower left was not there to obscure the falls.
