Beautiful sunset with pleasing foreground. The concentric wave pattern at the point adds an element of interest.

Wonderful pano with an amazing sky!!!
Yes best viewed against a dark b/g.
I'm thinking it needs some very slight CW roatation.

E.J.,

Lovely location and a compelling image.   Love the textured colored sky.

In the stitching, something seems off to my eye.    Take a look at the light level in the water and sky in the middle vertical and then going to the right for about 1/3 of the image.   The light level in both the sky and water seems very different than the water and sky to the left and right of the section.    Because it is so straight vertical it appears something got botched in the stitching.

Is this my imagination or not?

Thanks for sharing.

It's not the stitching, it's the actual reflection of the sky on the water. It is present in the individual frames.

Thank for check E.J,

I'm chalking this one as one of the strangest phenomenons I've seen. Very odd that the texture in the clouds has such a different clarity in that section. Really is a lovely capture and even more unique with the atmospheric phenomenon.

We were actually commenting while shooting how strange some of the reflections were. Some like it, others said exactly what you are saying, that people will think it's cooked processing.

Looks familiar! :)
Those clouds were incredible and I really like this as a pano.
