I am looking for patterns and interesting intersections of dark and light, This unusual intersection of patterns caught my eye.

Mark,thanks for the comment. I actually added a bit of grain to the image, sort of the old Tri-X days.

A gorgeous composition! The dark area in the upper right draws my attention a bit more than I like. I'd love to see a comparison with less grain.

I like the strong contrast and I like the grain since I'm assuming it brings out the detail.
