Stunning! What a gorgeous scene Tony, that light is just magical and takes your already beautiful image to the next level. Love it!

This one isn't really working for me too much Tony. I dislike the dark shadows prevalent on the right side of the frame ... I think that section should be brightened a touch. I also find the contrast to be a bit wonky with the bright ice in the water not matching the brightness of the ice in the background.

I think it's great, Tony. I agree the light kind of trails off on the right side of the frame... a lopsided vignette effect...

Nice play with shadow and light, and the softness in the sky really complements that wonderful golden light.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Thanks for all your comments, especially Chris Kayler. I totally agree, but I am trying to achieve dark darks, it allows for that depth of gold, I did process another with slightly less contrasts, so maybe I will post that and see if it works (not too soon though). Maybe I should get my eyes checked, the uneven contrasts could be a sign of ageing eyes.
