Morning, E.J.! I love the color palette you obtained here. Everything is so soft and subtle. A departure from many of the intense blue hour scenes often showcased. My one gripe is that I find the rocks to be a bit too bright for my tastes. I know the light was quite even and flat, and as such allowed the rocks to come across bright. I also find the rocks in the background left to be a bit soft looking, at least as presented here. Maybe from sea spray? I might consider selectively sharpening them a bit more.
