A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Hi Jens, I like the moon to help balance the negative space of the clear blue winter sky. I bet it was beautiful being out out Zion on this morning! For my tastes, I find the shadow in right lower third to be a pretty big detractor. Also, I find the tree creeping in from the left not to be too pleasing as well. Besides that, I do like the colors and the way they contrast with the fresh white snow. I see a lot of potential for closer abstracts within the scene, too.

Lovely scene -- nice placement of the moon.

Nice detail, great colors.
The moon is a nice addition with good placement.
The tree infringing on the left is a minor nit.
