"A Shift of Focus"
Here's another from my trip to West Virginia this autumn. As with my previous couple of posts, this one is created by shifting focus during the exposure. This image is of some cotton grass in a bog in West Virginia's Monongahela National Forest.
Techs: Canon 7D, Canon 70-200 f/4 + 1.4x teleconverter @ 280mm. 1 second, f/5.6., ISO 100.

The tiny hints of colour add so much. Very nicely done!

I like this very much. Perfect balance between abstraction and depiction, and a lovely palette.

Almost looks like you used a strong soft focus filter. Nicely done.

I like the look and wondered how it got that glow effect. Well done.
