"Falling Leaves"
I created this image using my focus shifting technique as seen in my previous image, "Dying Flame". In this example, I photographed some floating leaves in a small pool. By focusing first on the distant trees in the canopy above, and then quickly shifting focus closer during the exposure, I was able to tell the story of falling leaves. I love the way it looks as if the photograph was taken looking up into the canopy as autumn leaves tumble down. Comments and critiques always welcomed and encouraged. Let me know how you feel!
Techs: Canon 7D, Canon 70-200 f/4 @ 70mm. 1 second, f/10, ISO 100. |
