"Released, Again"
A simple foggy image taken along a small woodland pond near the New River, West Virginia one October morning this year. It seems so long ago!
Techs: Canon 7D, Canon 70-200 f/4 @ 87mm. 5 seconds, f/13, ISO 100. Polarizer.

Nice shot Chris, the fog seems to compliment the scene well.

At first when I saw the thumbnail, I thought it had an opacity layer. I like the muted colors made by the fog.

Nicely balanced composition Chris. A subtle image.

I like the lines of the yellow and reds leading through the shot.

I like shots like this. I think my personal preference would be to make the fog a bit less blue.

This is fantastic. I agree with EJ in that it needs to be warmed up a little bit.

Thanks for the critiques and comments, guys. I quite like the blue as it was a layer of fog sitting in a river valley with sunny skies above. But, I definitely understand the outsider's perspective on this one and hear what you are saying - thanks for the constructive critique.

Nice splash of color through that fog.
