Nice peter. This is a really cool scene. I like the dark landscape to match the dark sky with intermittent bright areas towards the foreground. Then the sun-rays in the back ground that light up the distant landscape really add some depth to this image.

Rugged landscape under rugged sky. Great match!
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Hi Peter. I don't always think panos are too great, but it works very well with this scene to portray that massive scale. Love the textures of the clouds, and not just the rainy ones in the foreground ... the way they fade to white puffy clouds in the distance is spectacular. Also, the light on the rocks out there is really nice to look at. My biggest gripe is that I don't find the foreground particularly interesting or fitting with the rest of the image. It just seems a bit blocky and kind of obstructs my view of what I really wanna see ... all that stuff in the distance!

You have to click on this to see the larger version with the darker surround - then it shows what a beautiful pano image you captured here Pete. A beauty!

This is cool. I feel like I can almost touch the sky. A big version would be really great.
