Please view in shadowbox.

Another "moody" moon from the other night.  This one is not cropped in much except for a little crop off the top to eliminate some black clouds.  I decided to leave the moon centered left to right as a larger crop to offset it did not produce the wider view I was going for.  Should have shot a few at 300mm to give myself a little more canvas to work with, but hindsight is 20/20!

Does this work for you?

Works for me, I really like the different tones in the surrounding clouds.

It works beautifully for my tastes Chris! The position of the moon is lovely surrounded by the drifting, misty cloud cover.
