A nice and moody 96% moon from earlier tonight.  A thin upper cloud layer and a thick low cloud made it quite a challenge to see the moon tonight.  Every so often the clouds would part for a few moments and give a little glimpse of the moon.

Fine image, the infringing clouds are a nice touch a lift the image.

The clouds over the moon as well as the ever-so-subtle hint of clouds in the background take this from a super boring moon shot to one that is interesting and fun to look at. You also executed it perfectly in regards to technique and processing. Nice one.
