Love the colours here.
I think it can stand a darkening adjustment in the midtones for some more punch?

I like the composition and the scene portrayed. It's very quiet and peaceful. The inclusion of the vernal pool in the foreground is so unusual in a forest photograph, and it's very refreshing to see! Onto the processing ... something is off here. Every tone seems to fall within the middle, and it lacks any real contrast or depth because of it. I think that the highlights and upper third of highlights need to be brought up in curves, and then perhaps everything else will look good in relation.

Morkel and Chris nailed it!
A wonderful fall scene which could use a bit more punch.

I really like this. Mid tone contrast could be boosted a bit but it is a very nice scene and photo.
