An image from my 2013 archives, previously unshared.
Taken at night, with the crescent moon behind me - the wind was moving the clouds along at a brisk pace, which helped in creating this image.

Zero light painting done, location is the southern Drakensberg in South Africa.

Techs:
Nikon D800
Nikkor 14-24mm f2.8 @ 18mm
f4.0 | 30 seconds | ISO-1600

Hi Morkel, I like the moving clouds juxtaposed against the static sky, but the foreground is not doing much for me compositionally or interest wise, and the sky isn't quite enough to carry the image. All my opinion, of course!

Technically this is well done.
As Chris states, the subject is not that inviting though.
